President and Founder, Shaun Pollitt began creating web sites for rock legends Mötley Crüe in 1994. His work was quickly honored when the band presented him with his first Gold Record for his work on Mötley Crüe's Greatest Hits CD. Shaun also has Gold and Platinums Record from Buckcherry for his work on the band's ‘15’ album.
In December of 2001, Shaun founded Interactive Marketing & Design and started forming relations outside of the entertainment industry. Today, IM&D works with small and medium sized businesses to help their companies compete online.

Swagrox.com is IM&D's online store. Originally established as Mötley Crüe's official online store, Swagrox.com is now home to over a dozen band's and artists. The online store also carries jewelry worn by members of Mötley Crüe and Buckcherry.
Beginning January 2009, IM&D will use Swagrox.com to sell web design services. This move will help streamline new orders and help standardize pricing.
